Review automation

More reviews, faster replies, and no complaint left unanswered. We build systems that invite every customer to leave a review at the right moment, and make sure your team hears about problems first.

The Problem

Good service rarely turns into reviews on its own

Happy customers mean to leave a review and forget. Unhappy ones rarely forget. Left alone, your Google and TripAdvisor pages end up reflecting your worst days rather than your typical ones.

Asking by hand works, but only when someone remembers - and replying to every review takes time nobody has.

What We Build

What the system does

Asks at the right moment

A friendly request by WhatsApp, text or email shortly after a stay, visit or appointment, while the experience is fresh.

Makes it one tap

A direct link to your Google or TripAdvisor page, so leaving a review takes seconds.

Invites everyone

Every customer gets the same invitation. Google and TripAdvisor don't allow asking only the customers you expect to be happy, so we build within their rules.

Flags problems fast

Low ratings and complaints reach the right person straight away, so you can put things right.

Drafts your replies

A suggested response to each new review, written in your voice and ready for you to approve.

Shows the trend

A simple view of your rating and review volume over time, across platforms.

How It Works

From first conversation to running system

01

Find the moment

We work out when customers are happiest and most likely to respond.

02

Connect your systems

We link to your bookings or customer records so invitations go out automatically.

03

Write the messages

Short, personal requests that sound like you - not a marketing email.

04

Refine

We track how many customers respond, and adjust the timing and wording.

Our Work

Recent work

Hospitality & entertainment

A hospitality and entertainment business

Customer and booking data was stuck in an expensive sales system, and planning was guesswork.

We moved them onto their own system fed live by their website, with a staff hub, attendance forecasts, a website chat assistant their team can take over, and review tracking with AI-drafted replies.

Attendance forecasts a week out went from missing by 94 tickets to 19.

Questions

Common questions

Is this allowed by Google and TripAdvisor?

Yes, when it's done properly. Both allow businesses to ask customers for reviews. They don't allow paying for reviews or only asking customers you expect to be positive, so every customer is invited the same way.

Which review sites does it work with?

Mainly Google and TripAdvisor, plus any other review sites that matter in your industry.

Will it reply to reviews automatically?

We draft replies for you to approve. You decide what goes out under your name.

How long does it take?

Most builds run between 2 and 8 weeks depending on scope. We start with a Second Order Review to map the highest-leverage automations before any implementation.
