Bookings came in over WhatsApp and lived in a spreadsheet, which led to double bookings and confirmations for bookings that didn't exist.
We built a WhatsApp assistant that books, changes and cancels on its own, a booking website, and an alert to the owner when an event fills up.
The assistant has answered 6,248 WhatsApp messages from 478 people, and saves them 23 hours a week.
Car rental
They couldn't compare prices like for like with rivals and booking sites, which each add different fees and taxes.
We built a dashboard that collects competitor prices every day, emails a summary of where they stand, and exports suggested prices into their own rate sheet.
It has collected over 250,000 rival and booking-site prices since April, roughly 290 hours of work by hand. A price check that used to take them several days can now run every day.
Hospitality & entertainment
Customer and booking data was stuck in an expensive sales system, and planning was guesswork.
We moved them onto their own system fed live by their website, with a staff hub, attendance forecasts, a website chat assistant their team can take over, and review tracking with AI-drafted replies.
They can now predict how many people will come across the whole season, with a model that gets smarter over time.

Invoices and statements now come out as clean PDFs ready to send, and budgets track against timesheets on their own, leaving more time for design work.

We built quoting from their own price book, invoicing by project stage, receipts and weekly timesheets.
Their price book now holds 869 rates in one searchable place.
